Executive Chef ~ Justin Riege

Justin has been part of the Zilli Hospitality Group team since July 2003. He began as a Line Cook and moved his way up to Executive Chef. His experience has afforded him the opportunity to fine tune his expertise and develop exceptional recipes. He is responsible for menu development at Coast - A Zilli Restaurant, as well as presenting and preparing presentations for catering clients.
