
In our last issue we talked about our grilling refreshers which we hold each spring.
Each year when the weather gets warm, we bring in 80-90 kitchen staff, and they are rotated through the different grilling stations: serving, replenishing, condiments and cooking while we are critiquing, just as a client would do.
We do this because nobody has been grilling since the previous fall and as with anything you set aside for six months, our team starts out rusty. But we certainly don’t want to warm up on your dime, so this grilling refresher is our way of ensuring we hit the ground ready to create fantastic events.
It’s all part of ensuring The Zilli Touch is part of every event we create.
