“Coast offers fine views of Lake Michigan and the Calatrava brise-soleil.  But the attraction here is the regional American menu and the striking contemporary interior.  The entrees are half seafood, half meat—from Long Island duckling to San Francisco cioppino.  One is vegetarian—artichoke and goat cheese ravioli.  There is outdoor seating, a lounge complete with piano and a bar perfect for enjoying appetizers, perhaps the excellent Maryland crab cakes.”
