WHO CAN ENTER:
1. Contest is open to Wisconsin residents 21 years of age or older.
2. Zilli Hospitality Group (“ZHG”) will require proof of residency, identification and social security number prior to delivering any prize.
3. Employees of Coast, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win.
HOW TO ENTER & WIN:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
4. Participants must be registered to win between Saturday, April 26th 12:00 midnight to Friday, May 9th 12:00 midnight, registration may be completed online or in person. Selected registration card to be completed in its entirety, one registration card per guest. Each registration card will be added considered for eligibility. Eligible and completed registration cards will be randomly drawn until at winner all prices are given. Winner will be contacted May 10th.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING:
6. Odds of winning depend on the total number of guests participating in the contest.
7. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded and includes: one (1) brunch reservation for a party of ten (10) people to occur between Sunday, May 11th, 2008 10:00AM and Sunday, May 11th, 2008 2:00 PM in our Miller Room. Tax and gratuity not included, total brunch certificate valued at 340 dollars. One (1) Gift Certificate for ten (10) public tour passes on Milwaukee Boat Line IROQUOIS, valued at 140 dollars, tax and gratuity not included.
8. Grand Prize and First Price winners will be required to sign a release form and provide social security number in order to collect their prize; failure or refusal to do so will result in all prizes being forfeited.
OTHER RULES:
9. By participating in the contest, participants consent for ZHG to use their image/name for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation, all contestants' and winners', image, voice and/or biographical information on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with the contestants' participation with the contest.
10. ZHG and other participating sponsors and their associated companies and sponsors accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the contest and/or (b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
11. ZHG reserves the right to terminate or declare this contest null and void and rescind any contest awards if in sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of this contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in this contest.
12. ZHG reserves the right to alter or amend contest rules at any time. Additionally, ZHG reserves the right to stop or conclude any contest at any time without prior notice.
13. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and will receive a 1099 misc. form for tax purposes if their total prize winnings in one calendar year exceeds $600.
14. ZHG management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the contest and the interpretation of contest rules. The decisions of ZHG shall be final. Entry into contests constitutes agreement by contestants to abide by these rules.
16. All federal, state and local laws and restrictions apply. This contest is void where prohibited.
17. A complete copy of the rules are available at the ZHG offices located 931 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee Wisconsin 53202. To obtain a winner list, send a self addressed stamped envelope to 931 E. Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee Wisconsin 53202 no later April 30th, 2008.
